The Privilege Rewards Program rewards you with points for your stay at LOTTE Hotels & Resorts. The earned points may be used like cash toward rooms, and food and beverages at LOTTE Hotels & Resorts, as well as in LOTTE Duty Free Shops.

Program Outline

Point Name : P Points
Value of Points : 100 Points = 1 USD
Points earned : For hotel stays, you can earn 3~6% of the amount used according to customer level.
- - Amounts used toward food and beverages will be rewarded as points if charged to the room. (available at 5-star hotels, only under hotel managment)
  ex) If 100 USD is paid, 300~600 P Points, which is worth 3~6 USD, will be rewarded.
Points/Vouchers Use
- - LOTTE Hotels & Resorts : May be used toward rooms, and food and beverages if at least 1,000 Points (worth 10 USD) are earned.
  Only applies to food and beverages at luxury hotels in Korea (may be used at overseas hotels after a voucher is issued)
- - LOTTE Duty Free Shop : May be used when at least 10,000 Points (worth 100 USD) are earned. (Limited to some brands and items)
- - Voucher : May be used in hotels and duty free shops after signing up on the website or via mobile phone
- -Hotel : 1,000 Points, 5,000 Points, 10,000 Points of Vouchers can be used.
- -Lotte Duty Free Shop : 10,000 Points of Vouchers can be used.
Privilege points are expired after 3 years from the year points are earned.

CL Level (Classic Level)

① Rewards points equal to 3% of the amount charged
SL Level (Silver Level)

① Rewards points equal to 4.5% of the amount charged

② 10% laundry discount *

GL Level (Gold Level)

① Rewards points equal to 5.25% of the amount charged

② 15% laundry discount *

③ 5% discount on food and beverages *

④ Welcome amenities provided during hotel stays *

⑤ 1 complimentary pass to the Club Lounge for an accompanying guest upon staying in a Club Room (must be 14 years or older) *

⑥ Room upgrade (This offer depends on room availability at the time of check-in. Club,Suites are excluded.) *

PL Level (Platinum Level)

① Rewards points equal to 6% of the amount charged

② 20% laundry discount *

③ 10% discount on food and beverages *

④ Welcome amenities provided during hotel stays *

⑤ Complimentary pass to the Club Lounge for an accompanying guest upon staying in a Club Room (must be 14 years or older, Limited to hotels with Club Lounges or Executives Lounges.) *

⑥ Room upgrade (This offer depends on room availability at the time of check-in. Club,Suite rooms are excluded.) *

⑦ 3:00PM late check-out (If this offer is unavailable due to hotel circumstances, 1,000 P Points will be compensated.) *

⑧ 1 complimentary accommodation (1 night) per year (Standard double room, 1 Point will be deducted)

※ The benefits from ②~⑦ are offered at Signiel and 5-Star hotels (Seoul, World, Busan, Jeju, Ulsan, Hanoi, Legend Saigon, Guam, Moscow)
