Trevi Club


Article 1

Membership is limited to individuals. Corporations are not eligible.

Article 2

The membership card and coupons are valid for one year from the date of issue. (no extension of validity date)

Article 3

The membership card can only be used by the member, and cannot be lent, transferred, used as collateral, or for any other purpose.
(Only the coupon is trasferrable to another party. With the member's agreement, the party needs to present the membership card to use the coupon.)

Article 4

The membership card cannot be used as a credit card.

Article 5

A member must notify the Trevi Club department immediately when the issued membership card is lost, stolen or damaged due to a fault on the member’s part. Lotte Hotel shall deliberate whether or not to reissue another card.
(A reissuance administration fee of 10,000 won will be incurred. The member shall also pay for any special mail service request.)

Article 6

Member privileges provided by Lotte Hotel cannot be combined with any other discount or benefit.

Article 7

A member must present membership card to receive privileges at Lotte Hotel.
(If the membership card is not provided, the member may be asked to show identification to check member status.)

Article 8

Lotte Hotel reserves the right to forfeit membership rights or discontinue membership when:

  • 1. A member provides false information on membership application form
  • 2. A member uses his or her membership card for any wrongful purpose
  • 3. A member violates the terms and conditions

Article 9

If membership rights are forfeited and membership is terminated, previously paid annual membership fee shall not be refunded.

 

Article 10

Lotte Hotel reserves the right to change, add or cancel any part of the membership card system and member benefits if deemed necessary.
