In accordance with the "Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources," which will be enforced on April 1, 2022, our hotel is committed to reducing plastic waste, which is an environmental issue on a global scale.
The "Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources" is a new law that aims to reduce plastic waste and promote recycling, and hotels will be obliged to take measures against disposable products, including bathroom amenities.

Effective April 1, 2022, the LOTTE ARAI RESORT and Arai Building will no longer provide eligible amenities in guest rooms.
If you need the amenities, please bring them to your room from the amenity box located in the lobby of the Arai building.
The Lodge and Club buildings will continue to provide the amenities in guest rooms as they are now.

In order to protect the global environment, please bring your own toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, etc., if possible. We would appreciate your cooperation.
