Within our tranquil, relaxing environment, you can enjoy a luxurious and colorful breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner courses that suit any occasion, from regional dishes made with local seasonal ingredients to Kaiseki course meals, all matched with a generous menu of Japanese wines focused on locally brewed Myoko-city sake such as “Kiminoi”, “Chiyonohikari”, and “Ayumasamune”, and also including sake from Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui.
