Food Allergy Policy for Guests
LOTTE ARAI RESORT will try our very best to accommodate our guest’s food allergies as much as possible in order to provide safe and pleasant dining experience
- In our restaurants and banquet facilities, our kitchen staff is trained to verify and display information regarding the eight major allergens
(wheat, milk, eggs, soybeans, peanuts, shrimp, crab, nuts) used in our dishes.
”The preparation of dishes and the use of cleaning equipment take place in the same kitchen. Therefore, dishes and utensils are shared, although they are thoroughly cleaned,there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergenic substances may be mixed in.
We ask for your understanding that we are not able to completely accommodate allergic reactions.
We would also appreciate it if you could bring any medications that you normally take in case of an emergency.”
