・For your convenience, we operate a free Shuttle Bus service (Booking system) at LOTTE ARAI RESORT ↔ Joetsu Myoko Station (West Exit).
・This is a free Shuttle Bus service only for hotel visitors and guests.
Please make a reservation in advance when using it.
・free Shuttle Bus run on a reservation basis. Please check the operation schedule at the URL at the bottom of the page and make a reservation 24 hours before the use date.
- Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
- Reservation changes will be accepted based on room availability and rates at the time the change is requested.
- The free shuttle bus from Joetsu Myoko Station is available by reservation only. Reservations can be made until 7:00 a.m. on the day of use.
- Baby beds are available up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, so please contact us in advance.
- A hot spring tax of 150 yen per night will be charged to guests 12 years of age and older. This is included in the room rate, so there is no need to pay it separately.
- We can also call you to confirm your reservation.
- Please contact the resort if you will be late for check-in time.
