Please use the indoor parking lot next to the rotary at the Lodge.
For guests staying at Arai:
Please use the P2 parking lot.

- Our free shuttle bus service from Joetsu Myoko Station is reservation-only. Reservations can be made through our official homepage. Please make a reservation after confirming your trip schedule.
- Up to two children, ages 0-12, may stay free of charge and co-sleep in the same beds as their parents, even if not included in the reservation plan. Co-sleeping is limited to two children per room and one child per bed. Please be sure to confirm the number of beds you will need before making your reservation.
- The charge to add breakfast after arrival is 2,800 yen (plus tax) for each adult and 1,700 yen (plus tax) for each child between the ages 4 12.
- Breakfast charges for children who will co-sleep with their parents are not included in the package plans. If you would like to add breakfast, please arrange payment on-site.
- Children of middle school age or older will be charged the adult rate. Please kindly enter the correct number in the “adults” field. For children of elementary school age or younger who will need their own bed, please arrange reservations as adults.
- Each guest aged 12 or older will accrue a 150-yen bath surcharge for each night of their stay. Please note that the payment will be made at the hotel.
- We are unable to provide extra beds. Please make sure to confirm the number and type of beds you will need at the time of your reservation. Depending on the reservation schedule and number of empty rooms at the time, a change in room type may be available for an additional fee.
- Baby-beds shall be limited to children 12 months in age or younger. Please contact us in advance, as numbers are limited.
- You may receive a phone call from the hotel for the purposes of confirming your reservation. We thank you for your understanding.
- If you fail to arrive by your check-in time, your reservation may be treated as cancelled, so please contact the lodging facility in advance if you expect to be late.
