Both types of lift tickets can be used on all lifts and gondolas. - Economy Class: Available from 8:30 a.m. - First Class: Available from 8:00 a.m. * First Class gate (automatic ticket gate) will be available for use by First Class passengers. (The time may be subject to change depending on weather conditions.)
■ About Lift Ticket Class - Economy Class Only the normal gate (automatic ticket gate) will be available.
-First Class You can use the dedicated priority gate for your comfort. Gondola boarding is available from 8:00 a.m., 30 minutes earlier than usual. * Boarding may not be possible due to weather conditions.
■ Lift Ticket Types - Single-day ticket (Economy Class / First Class) - Multi-day tickets (2 to 7 consecutive days) - Sanroku Pass (Sanroku Lift No.1 and No.2) - 4-hour ticket ( 4 hours of use from the first gate after 11:00 a.m., only in high season )

□ Notes on Lift Ticket Sales - Lift tickets are free for children 6 years old and younger. However, a ticket must be issued at the Ticket Center. - Those over 60 years old are required to present an ID card.
□ Refund Policy - No refunds will be made due to customer's reasons. - Returns due to customer's reason are not accepted. * Please check the details of your purchase before making a purchase.
□ Refund policy due to inclement weather - If all gondolas and lifts are closed for the entire day due to inclement weather ▶ Full refund for the same day only * However, only lift tickets that are valid on the same day and have not been used on the same day, excluding "free lift tickets", will be refunded.
□Examples of ineligible for refund - Refund requests due to personal reasons (injury, poor health, etc.) - When even one gondola/lift is in operation - When a guest has ridden the gondola/lift even once. - Lift ticket attached to the accommodation plan * We will check the history of ticket usage. * Please note that any refund will not be applied in any case if you have ridden the gondola/lift.
