Rental Shop - SALOMON STATION
We offer ski and snowboard gear rental.
In addition to carrying all sizes, from child to adult, as well as a variety of colors and designs from Salomon, we also carry high end designs from a variety of brands. We want you to hit the slopes using the gear that suits you the best.
Whether you’re on skis or a snowboard, it is in the nature of sports that gear safety comes before experience or technique.
Salomon Station at LOTTE ARAI RESORT is a member of the network of “S-B-B certified technicians” recommended by the Association of Japan Ski Promotion. We provide equipment that has passed the ISO11088 assembly, adjustment, and inspection standards.

SALOMON STATION has a high-end to standard model, with qualified and skilled staff always maintaining and managing the best.
・Skis : 530 units for adults / 240 units for children
・Ski boots : 450 pairs for adults / 280 pairs for children
・Snowboards : 300 units for adults / 100 units for children
・Snowboard boots: 300 pairs for adults / 110 pairs for children
・Ski wear: 200 sets
Accessories such as helmets/coats, and high-end models for the upper class with new models (skis/boards) have had in SALOMON STATION.

・About the rental period.
- The rental period is one day within business hours.
Please manage carefully the equipment while you use.
- Delivery and return must be done during business hours.
・About rental fee
- All charges include tax.
- Children's fees apply from 12 years of age or younger.
[Ski Storage Service]
・Can be stored
- Skis, Snowboard, Boots and poles owned by stayed guests at LOTTE ARAI RESORT.
- Skis, Snowboard, Boots and poles of guests who use them for two or more days in day trip
- Who wants to apply for the wax tune-up of the equipment they own and receive it the next day.
・Unable to keep
- Please keep all items except the above in the locker.
- It is intended only for drying (because it cannot be dried in a short time even if stored in a drying room)
- If it is damaged, contaminated, or smelly, it cannot be stored.
・Storage fee
- It's 1,000 yen per set for both stayed and day trip guests.

About rental products
Exchange of rental
- Ski/Snowboard, Boots, Wear : Size and type cannot be exchanged by customer's wishes or change of mind after use.
- Standard / High-end models : You can change it for 2,000 yen a time during the rental period.
About the replacement of rental products
- During the rental period, you can replace it at 2,000 yen a time (Ski ⇒ Snowboard, Snowboard ⇒ Ski)
About the upgrade
- It will be charged an upgrade fee. (Standards ⇒ High-end)
For more information, please refer to the employee or rental price list.
※ When applying the upgrade, it cannot be reversed.
In the case of a problem with rental products
- If you find it difficult to handle equipment, please come to the rental office or the information center.
- Please do not make adjustments by yourself.
- If you can't move and you can't come to a rental shop or information center, please let the staff know.
In the case of theft, loss, or damage to the rental product
- Please bring a copy of the application and come to the rental shop.

High-end Ski/Snowboard : A net price
Standard Ski/Snowboard: 30,000 yen, 20,000 yen for boots, 5,000 yen for ski poles, 20,000 yen for wear, 5,000 yen for accessories.
