3. The scope of services regarding Membership program terms and conditions and operation, is as follows:

① SIGNIEL (SEOUL, BUSAN) 

② LOTTE HOTELS (SEOUL, WORLD, BUSAN, JEJU, ULSAN, HANOI, SAIGON, SEATTLE, GUAM, MOSCOW, ST. PETERSBURG, VLADIVOSTOK, YANGON)

③ L7 HOTELS (MYEONGDONG, GANGNAM, HONGDAE, WEST LAKE HANOI)

④ LOTTE City Hotels (Gimpo Airport, Guro, Mapo, Myeongdong, Deajeon, Jeju, Ulsan, Kinshicho, Tashkent Palace)

⑤ LOTTE RESORT (SOKCHO, BUYEO, JEJU ART VILLAS, ARAI) 

⑥ LOTTE Sky Hill CC (JEJU, BUYEO) 

⑦ One of the business unit in the Company designated as an object of Membership programs 

However, LOTTE NEW YORK PALACE, LOTTE HOTEL SAMARA, Serviced Residences and Apartments are excluded from the scope of services. Also, the scope of services above are subject to change in accordance with Company policy.

⑥ LOTTE Sky Hill CC - All Branches 

⑦ One of the business unit in the Company designated as an object of Membership programs 

However, Serviced Residences and Apartments are excluded from the scope of services. Also, the scope of services above are subject to change in accordance with Company policy. 

5. LOTTE HOTELS e-SHOP services are subject to the terms and conditions of LOTTE HOTELS e-SHOP. 

Article 7. Earning Points 

3. Points shall only be awarded for qualifying stays and qualifying green fee according to the membership level, using the following criteria: 

● Rewards Points = Qualifying amount X Accumulation rate per level X 100

4. The following shall be excluded from points accumulation:
