• - Name of an informant, mobile phone number, e-mail, and any personal information (e.g., the content of a complaint reported and any attachments thereto, including the type of the complaint, a company subject to the complaint and other details of the complaint) specifically provided in the content of the complaint
• - Service use records, access log, cookies, access IP information (generated while using the Hotline or processing the complaint)

3. Period for retention and use of personal information so provided

Personal information so provided will be retained and used for [3 years from the date of collection] unless obliged to preserve it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
