- Cancellations or changes can be made without a penalty by 6:00 PM (KST) 3 days prior to check-in.
- If the reservation is canceled or changed by 6:00 PM (KST) 1 day prior to check-in, a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the rate of the first-night stay will apply.
- If the reservation is canceled or changed after 6:00 PM (KST) 1 day prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the rate of the first-night stay will apply.
- Cancellations or changes can be made without a penalty by 6:00 PM (KST) 7 days prior to check-in.
- If the reservation is canceled or changed by 6:00 PM (KST) 1 day prior to check-in, a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the rate of the first-night stay will apply.

- If the reservation for the selected date is closed, the selected date will not be shown on the website.
