LOTTE HOTEL JEJU’s Indoor Swimming Pool uses only clean subterranean water and features pools for both adults and children, as well as Jacuzzi facilities for muscle relaxation and stress relief. It is a facility the whole family can enjoy.

- The regular closing day is the first Tuesday of every month, and this schedule is subject to change based on hotel circumstances.
- The use of this facility is complimentary and exclusive to hotel guests.
- Available for all ages. Infants under 36 months must wear waterproof diapers.
- Swimsuits and swimming caps are required.
- Children must be accompanied by a guardian. Children aged 37 months and older may access the changing rooms with a same-gender guardian.
- Please store valuables at the fitness desk. Food and beverages are not permitted (water excluded).
- On the day of check-out, the swimming pool can be used until 3:00 PM.

- Tubes are only permitted in the children's pool. Beach balls, fins, and snorkel equipment are not allowed.
- Running and diving are prohibited.
- Guests with eye or skin infections, or other infectious conditions that may affect public hygiene, are not allowed to use the facility.
- Photography or video recording using mobile phones or any recording devices inside the swimming pool or locker rooms is strictly forbidden. Illegal recording may result in legal action.
