Our Story
La Seine is an upscale buffet restaurant at LOTTE HOTEL, offering over 200 culinary dishes, all freshly prepared for you by professional chefs. The restaurant features a live kitchen where guests can enjoy a wide range of dishes from eight live sections, including Asian, Japanese, Western, noodles, cold plates, Korean grill, desserts, and a bar.
