Navaga festival is a second gastronomic event from the Pacific Russia Food project dedicated to a winter fish. The festival is held on February annually closing the ice fishing season. During this festival "LOTTE" restaurants offer guests to try the traditional fried navaga, as well as an incredible variety of navaga cuisine.
