* When reserving the package, please let us know the name of your pet that will be accompanying you so that we can prepare the pet welcome cake.
* If your dog has any allergies, please make sure you let us know when making your reservation.
* Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to offer the pet welcome cake to dogs with allergies.

SIGNIEL BUSAN is an open space that hotel guests and restaurant patrons enjoy together.
During your stay, we kindly ask that you create wonderful memories with your pet while being mindful of other guests.

  • “Pets” refers to dogs only, and dogs weighing 10 kg or less can enter the premises.
  • Each additional dog will incur a charge of KRW 120,000 (taxes and service fees charged separately).
  • Please make sure to clean up after your dog and dispose of their waste properly.
  • Dogs cannot enter the fitness center, sauna, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), kids lounge, and all food and beverage centers.
  • For safety reasons and to minimize noise disturbance, dogs are not permitted on the balcony or inside the bedroom area.

  • Your pet must remain inside a pet carrier in the public spaces outside your room.
  • Permitted spaces for pets: Common area on the 3rd floor of the hotel (lobby), elevators, room
  • I agree to allow room attendants, engineers, or other hotel staff members to enter my room for maintenance purposes.
  • For the safety of your pet, your pet cannot be left unattended in the room.
  • Please ensure that your pet does not bark or create disturbances that may inconvenience other hotel guests.
  • If your pet's behavior continuously disrupts other guests, we may need to ask you to vacate the room.
  • A cleaning fee is included in the room rates for each night of my stay, and I agree to pay this in advance. (No refunds)
  • I agree to cover any costs incurred for repairing damage to hotel facilities caused by my pet, as well as any additional cleaning fees.
  • Including damage to linens or furniture (damage caused by the pet’s urine/excrement)
  • The hotel will not be held liable for any diseases contracted by the pet, as well as loss, death, or any other accidents that may occur.

  • Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, and mixed breeds of these 5 dangerous dog breeds
  • Dog breeds that are categorized or perceived as dangerous dog breeds (muzzle required)
  • The pet products provided by the hotel must be returned at check-out. (Excluding gifts)
