Conversion of LH Points → Asiana Airline Miles
- Conversion ratio : 10 miles per 25 LH point can be converted (2.5:1)
- Minimum conversion unit : 1,000 miles (2,500 LH points)
- Annual conversion limit : 30,000 miles (75,000 LH points)

① 1,000 Miles = 2,500 LH Points
② 3,000 Miles = 7,500 LH Points
③ 5,000 Miles = 12,500 LH Points
④ 10,000 Miles = 25,000 LH Points

How to convert mileage

- Select mileage amount for conversion
- Register airline mileage number
- Request mileage conversion
Note
- For the conversion of LH Points into airline miles, both the LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS and the airline mileage accounts must be valid.
- Before requesting conversion, please make sure the name in English registered on your LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS member account matches the one on your airline mileage account. Conversion may not be processed successfully if your name in English is registered differently on the two accounts. If this is the case, please change the name in English registered.
- For successful conversion into miles, the personal information must match between LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS and the airline.
- Cancellations and changes are not permitted after making the conversion request.
- Upon requesting conversion, LH Points will be deducted immediately and the airline miles will be credited to the member’s mileage account. It may take up to six weeks to credit the miles depending on the airline procedures.
- Cash receipts cannot be issued for converted points.
- If conversion is not processed successfully, a transaction failure notification will be sent via email and the LH Points redeemed for conversion will be returned. However, any LH Points that have expired will not be returned.
- The airline mileage redemption and expiration policies are governed by the program terms and conditions.
- Programs operated between LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS and partners are subject to change or termination without prior notice in accordance with the terms of the partner agreement or partner circumstances.
