*In order to confirm the number of passengers, the bus operates on a reservation-only system.

*Arrival times and other operating conditions are subject to change depending on weather or road/traffic conditions.
*There are some Hokuriku Shinkansen timetables which are not connected to our shuttle bus. Please check the timetable beforehand.

*Hotel bus stop information
□ For guests staying in Superior Character Rooms: Please get on and off the bus at “ARAI.”
□ For guests staying in Deluxe Suite Rooms: Please get on and off the bus at “LODGE.”
[Notes on Winter Operation]
・Please refrain from boarding the shuttle bus while wearing hard ski boots or board boots.
・When bringing skis or snowboards onto the bus with you,
there is a risk of breakage or damage to luggage in the trunk when loading/unloading and/or when the bus is in motion,
so please be sure to store your items in their protective cases.
・Similarly, when bringing skis or ski poles, please bring them with protective covers attached to prevent damage even when stacked.
・Please note that we are unable to take snowscoots on the bus.
・LOTTE ARAI RESORT is not liable for any damages to your belongings.
・During the winter, departure and arrival times may be delayed depending on road/traffic conditions on the day. Shinkansen connection times cannot be guaranteed.
