Gimpo International Airport, a mere walking distance from LOTTE CITY HOTEL GIMPO AIRPORT, is nestled in Seoul’s Gangseo District. Seoul Botanic Park, located in the Magok District of Gangseo-gu, opened in May 2019 and is a vast nature retreat in the heart of Seoul. Situated in one of the city's last remaining development areas, the park features plants and plant cultures from 12 cities worldwide, intending to improve ecological awareness. With its impressive size, the equivalent of 70 soccer fields, it represents a unique blend of a botanical garden and a park.
The garden is close to Nanji Hangang Park across the Hangang River, Sky Park, and Gangseo Wetland Ecological Park, making it a great spot for family outings on weekends.
The Botanic Park is divided into four distinct areas: an open forest, a themed garden, a lake garden, and a wetland garden. Its centerpiece is the themed garden with the Plant Culture Center, an outdoor-themed garden, and the Magok Cultural Center.
Visitors can also enjoy a lake park, a greenhouse, and a plant library inside the park.

'The National Aviation Museum of Korea is the first museum in the country dedicated to aviation.
The museum is divided into several sections, including aviation history, industry, and life. It also includes outdoor exhibitions and special exhibitions. Overall, the museum provides an in-depth exploration of both domestic and international aviation history.
It showcases 16 authentic airplanes, as well as never-before-seen exhibits from Korean airlines. Visitors can learn about the registration status of aircraft by airline and the status of pilots and crews, and also take part in various interactive exhibits. They also have an opportunity to explore the development of future aviation technologies.
