We have updated the LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS membership terms for better service, as outlined below.

| Article 10. Point Gifting NEW | Article 10. Point Gifting 1. Members may gift their valid accumulated points to other members. 2. Point gifting is only allowed between members enrolled in the same membership program. 3. Points obtained from company events and promotions, gifted points from other members, and points transferred from partner companies cannot be gifted. 4. There is no limit on the number of times points can be gifted. However, members may gift between a minimum of 1,000 points and a maximum of 10,000 points per month. 5. Gifted points are valid until December 31 of the following year from the date of the gift. After this period, any unused gifted points will automatically expire and cannot be extended. 6. Once the points have been gifted, the transaction cannot be canceled, and the gifted points are non-refundable. 7. If a member is found to be engaging in commercial trading or cash conversion of points, their membership may be revoked. | ||

• If a LOTTE HOTEL member has an objection to this revision, he or she may opt to withdraw their membership.
• Member who do not express their opinion within the period are deemed to have agreed to the revision.
