Precautions when using benefits
- LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS tiers are assigned to members who joined the program after September 1, 2023. Please review the special benefits for your applicable tier before using them.
- Room vouchers may only be redeemed for Deluxe rooms at LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL (Main Building), WORLD, JEJU, ULSAN, and BUSAN. (Additional charges apply on weekends and during peak seasons.)
- Premium room vouchers can be used on weekends and during peak seasons with no additional charges. (Blackout dates: December 22 - 25, December 28 - 31)

- The meal discount rate is based on the number of guests in your party at the restaurant
- The number of restaurant guests in your party is determined by counting adults and children aged 49 months or older. (However, the guest count is calculated when ordering.)
- If the buffet voucher and special discount benefits are used together, the food and beverage discount rate will be applied to the number of the people remaining after using the buffet voucher.
- One special discount benefit may be used per membership card per table.
- Discounts cannot be split between tables using multiple cards registered under the same guest name.
- Discounts may be restricted for retail, drivethru, and takeout menus as designated by the hotel, during restaurant events, and for special menus.

- To receive the USD 10 REWARDS voucher, you must sign up for LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS.
- It can be canceled within 30 days of issue. Please be advised that membership cannot be canceled if you've used it at least once or after one month has passed.
- A separate coupon book will not be issued. The product coupons are saved on the card.
- Special membership benefits are exclusively for the member’s personal use. Membership cards are non-transferable and cannot be lent to others. To use member benefits, you must present your membership card (or mobile card). Identity verification is also required. (You may need to present your ID.)
- If you fail to cooperate with the identity verification process without a valid reason, you may not avail of the services.
- The above special benefits may change every year. During special events, coupon usage may be restricted or additional charges may apply.
- Usage may be restricted during peak seasons and national events or depending on hotel circumstances related to reservations.
- The priority room voucher or discount voucher with the card cannot be combined with other discounts from the hotel.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, such as events, promotions, and credit card company promotions.
- When making a room or restaurant reservation, you must inform our staff that you are a Trevi Club member and the benefit you wish to claim.
- When using free accommodation coupons, you must make a reservation or inform us of using the coupons by calling the reservation office at the desired hotel. Coupons cannot be redeemed for same-day stays or online reservations.

- A reissue fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged for a replacement card caused by the loss or damage of the physical membership card.
