Each person may only have one LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS membership account.
Please email us your existing membership number with your newly registered membership number or your customer information (English name and phone number), and we’ll assist you in merging your accounts.

On the Find Rewards Number/ID page, enter your English name and the e-mail you used to register to search.
If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder or check that your email address was entered correctly. If you registered the wrong email address or didn’t receive the email, please send your updated email address to the LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS team, and we’ll assist you.

The LOTTE HOTEL Rewards number has a total of 7 digits and if the first character is a letter, use a capital letter. Fill in the application using the name registered for membership. Please be advised that a space is also recognized as a character.
