Industry-Academia Collaboration Program
The main program focus is hands-on learning and not simply theoretical education.
Students gain direct, on-site experience in various aspects of hotel operations, including customer service, food and beverage service, and cooking. In addition, top-performing students in the program are offered the opportunity to work at an overseas hotel. This enables them to gain international experience and expand their professional networks. This program not only enhances students' expertise in real-world hotel settings,
but also supports their growth as global hospitality professionals.

L-Class
Service Academy offers the L-Class, a program designed to help industry-academia students to internalize the core mindset and attitude of a professional hotelier. This helps them to take their first steps as a professional in the industry.
This special program will help students to understand how their actions and attitudes directly shape a customer’s experience.
