- Yes, SIGNIEL SEOUL provides convenient EV charging facilities located in the underground parking structure of LOTTE World Tower.
· Location: Basement Level 3 of LOTTE World Tower parking
· Equipped with both fast and standard chargers (Korean government-certified).
· Charging fees apply and can be settled via credit card.
· During busy periods, a short wait may be required, so we recommend inquiring ahead of time.
· The parking facility operates 24 hours a day, year-round. Please note that some payment kiosks may be unmanned late at night, so we advise you to plan accordingly.

- Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary parking for guests staying at SIGNIEL SEOUL.
· Complimentary parking is available from 7:00 AM on your check-in date until 11:00 PM on your check-out date.
· One vehicle per room is included. (Please inquire for details regarding additional vehicles.)
· Vehicle license plate registration is required during check-in.
· Complimentary parking for visiting guests is available for up to 4 hours.

- The “Grand Ballroom” and the small event halls “Studio 1-4” are on the 76th floor of SIGNIEL SEOUL.
The maximum capacity of the Grand Ballroom is 250 persons, and 30-60 persons for the Studios.
The maximum capacity depends on the room set-up.
- SIGNIEL CLUB on the 107th floor is a private membership dining & bar venue.

- This is a paid facility that is exclusively for adult members and hotel guests (aged 16 and above).
Please note that the facility will be closed on the last Wednesday of every month.
Guests can enjoy a one-time admission for KRW44,000.
Access may be restricted if you have a tattoo.
Guests staying in a suite are given one free access.
Only guests aged 16 and above can enter.

- The exclusive complimentary lounge for guests is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You are welcome to use the lounge anytime during your stay.

- Regular reservations may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) 2 days before check-in. A separate cancellation policy applies to specific promotions or packages.
If your reservation is changed or canceled after the free cancellation deadline, a penalty equivalent to the rate of the first night of your reservation will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
Cancellations or changes to reservations for December 24th or 31st are possible until 6:00 PM (in the time zone of the hotel location) 21 days before check-in. If you do not cancel by 6:00 PM 21 days before check-in, the rate of the first night of your reservation will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
A credit card prepayment may be required for the room rate to secure the reservation. If the card payment is not approved, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

- To maintain a refined and pristine environment for all our guests, SIGNIEL Seoul does not accommodate pets.
· Pets are not permitted in guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, or any hotel facilities.
· However, service animals (such as guide dogs, hearing dogs) are welcome under applicable laws. Please notify us in advance so we may best accommodate your needs.
