- Any cancellation or amendment should be informed before hotel’s standard check-in time (3:00 pm| UCT+7 Vietnam Time) two (02) days prior to the arrival date.
- If guests cancel or amend after the mentioned time, please note that the reservation will be fully charged of the first night.
- If guests do not show up on the reservation day, please note the reservation will be counted as “No-Show” and will be 100% charged.
