A. If the e-mail was deleted, go to My Page -> Employee Authentication to resend the authentication e-mail.
Q. What kind of benefits are available when I authenticate?
A. You can reserve and take advantage of exclusive events and packages for employees through employee authentication.
Q. Can I still receive employee benefits after I resign from the LOTTE group?
A. Employee products require an identity verification process during check-in and check-out. If you transferred jobs or resigned during the employee authentication period, please be advised that you will not be able to use employee benefits, even if you have already completed employee authentication.
Q. Do I have to sign up for LOTTE Hotel Rewards to conduct employee authentication?
A. Employee authentication can only be completed through My Page, hence LOTTE Hotel Rewards registration is required.
Q. Are LOTTE Member registration and LOTTE Hotels employee authentication different?
A. LOTTE Hotels employee authentication is an exclusive hotel product which is different from LOTTE member registration.
Q. I made a regular reservation, but can I apply employee benefits?
A. Employee benefits can only be applied to exclusive employee products. You must make your reservation again with an exclusive employee product in order to receive employee benefits.
Q. I made my reservation during the employee authentication period, but the authentication period has expired.
A. If the employee authentication period has expired, you must go through employee authentication again. If you are unable to re-authenticate, you may still use employee products by showing your employee badge during check-in and check-out, even if the re-authentication period has expired, if you made the reservation during the employee authentication period.
※ However, please take care of your employee badge, as a badge verification process will be required in order to use the hotels.
Q. My employee authentication status has disappeared.
A. Please check if the employee authentication period has expired. If that is the case, you may re-authenticate through My Page -> Employee Authentication. If your employee authentication was lost during the authentication period, please contact the customer service center.
A. 30 days/7 days before your employee authentication status expires, you will receive a re-authentication request through your e-mail address and the mobile number that was used to sign up. Please complete the re-authentication process through this e-mail.
