The stimulating gastronomic journey starts with a mixture of cold-brewed Burrata cheese’s richness and the refreshing taste of organic vegetables. The salad is well complemented by our freshly made Yuzu sauce.
Following the appetizer, seafood soup with “gac” broth will give diners a unique experience. Inspired by the famous French bouillabaisse seafood soup, Grill63's Executive Chef has added a distinctive sweetness from the well-known Vietnamese “gac” fruit to create an unforgettable taste and natural nutrients.
The main course is a delicate combination of Asian and European essences with the main ingredients being Nha Trang lobster and USDA-certified American beef tenderloin. The lobster is baked with cheese and the pan-fried beef with basil are served with mashed potato and white asparagus.
