Operation of All-Season Infinity Pool
We operate a spa pool for year-round use, where you can enjoy a romantic swim under the blue Jeju sky while appreciating the emerald waters of the ocean.
• Facilities : Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi, Pool Bar, Sun Beds, Dry Sauna, Private Lockers
• Eligibility : Guests of Lotte City Hotel Jeju (Free of charge)
• Location : Lotte City Hotel Jeju Outdoor Terrace (6th floor)
• Hours : 10:00 ~ 20:30 (October ~ March)
10:00 ~ 22:00 (April ~ September)
※ Due to the internal circumstances, the use of the heated pool is restricted from 9/18 (Tue) to 9/19 (Wed).

- The spa pool is available for hotel guests only. Swimsuits must be worn.
- Please store valuables in your hotel room to avoid risk of loss.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- For safety, please do not bring food or any of the items below.
＊Restricted Items: Swim fins (flippers), large inflatable tubes (shaped like flamingos, dolphins, etc.), and snorkels
- Pool may close down temporarily due to extreme weather and hotel conditions.
- The outdoor spa pool is open year-round and is available for hotel guests only.
