LOTTE HOTEL MOSCOW has achieved GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation.
LOTTE HOTEL MOSCOW has achieved Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation, the gold standard for prepared facilities. Under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, LOTTE HOTEL MOSCOW has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention in our facilities.
As the cleaning industry’s only outbreak prevention, response and recovery accreditation, GBAC STAR™ helps organizations establish protocols and procedures, offers expert-led training and assesses a facility’s readiness for biorisk situations. The program verifies that LOTTE HOTEL MOSCOW implements best practices to prepare for, respond to and recover from outbreaks and pandemics.
To achieve GBAC STAR™ accreditation, our hotel was required to demonstrate compliance with the program’s 20 core elements, which range from standard operating procedures and risk assessment strategies to personal protective equipment and emergency preparedness and response measures.
Our commitment to providing every guest, partner, and employee the highest standard of service and care remains our top priority as we work hard to ensure we are ready to welcome back our guests from around the world.
The LOTTE HOTEL team is following the GBAC guidelines, and is also paying special attention to the recommendations of the city and federal government as well as those of the WHO, in addition to taking additional measures to ensure your safety and protection during your stay with us.
