Located in Myoko City, Niigata, a snow country, LOTTE ARAI RESORT has a total annual snowfall of 18m.
High season is the best time to enjoy the snow at ARAI, which attracts powder freaks from all over the world!
When it snows, the tracks are sometimes reset by the end of the day, so you can draw your own tracks.
We will provide you with a great time that you cannot experience at any other ski resort.

∟Lift/gondola operation hours: 8:30~16:00
□You will receive a lift ticket for the number of days of your stay at the time of check-in.
※ex) For 3 days/2 nights, each person will receive one 2-day ticket.
※Multi-day tickets are valid only for the number of consecutive days from the start date of use.]
※If you are using the service before check-in, please come to the front desk of your accommodation building.
※Please note that lift and gondola operation times and details are subject to change due to weather conditions such as strong winds and bad weather. Please check lift conditions in advance.

[Shuttle Bus]
Shuttle bus service is by reservation only.
Please check the shuttle bus schedule on the shuttle bus page below.
Please make reservations by 7:00 a.m. on the day of your visit.
※If you are staying in a Superior Type and Character Room, please make a reservation from/to Arai Building.
※If you are staying in a deluxe Type and suite, please make your reservation at the lodge building.
- Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
- Reservation changes will be accepted based on room availability and rates at the time the change is requested.
- The free shuttle bus from Joetsu Myoko Station is available by reservation only. Reservations can be made until 7:00 a.m. on the day of use.
- Baby beds are available up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, so please contact us in advance.
- A hot spring tax of 150 yen per night will be charged to guests 12 years of age and older. This is included in the room rate, so there is no need to pay it separately.
- We can also call you to confirm your reservation.
- Please contact the resort if you will be late for check-in time.
