※Please ask at the front desk to use the ski lockers in each building.
※Please understand that we cannot refund due to bad weather or customer circumstances.

[Shuttle Bus]
Shuttle bus service is by reservation only.
Please check the shuttle bus schedule on the shuttle bus page below.
Please make reservations by 7:00 a.m. on the day of your visit.
※If you are staying in a Superior Type and Character Room, please make a reservation from/to Arai Building.
※If you are staying in a deluxe Type and suite, please make your reservation at the lodge building.
- Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
- Reservation changes will be accepted based on room availability and rates at the time the change is requested.
- The free shuttle bus from Joetsu Myoko Station is available by reservation only. Reservations can be made until 7:00 a.m. on the day of use.
- Baby beds are available up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, so please contact us in advance.
- A hot spring tax of 150 yen per night will be charged to guests 12 years of age and older. This is included in the room rate, so there is no need to pay it separately.
- Extra beds can only be added for Deluxe type Lodge buildings, and the extra fee is 5,500yen.
- Special requests are not guaranteed depending on hotel circumstances, and additional charges may apply.
- The hotel can also call you to confirm your reservation.
- Please contact the hotel if it's too late because it may be canceled after the check-in time.
