□ Notes on Lift Ticket Sales
　- Lift tickets are free for children 6 years old and younger. However, a ticket must be issued at the Ticket Center.
　- Those over 60 years old are required to present an ID card.

□ Refund Policy
　- No refunds will be made due to customer's reasons.
　- Returns due to customer's reason are not accepted.
* Please check the details of your purchase before making a purchase.

□ Refund policy due to inclement weather
　- If all gondolas and lifts are closed for the entire day due to inclement weather
　▶ Full refund for the same day only
* However, only lift tickets that are valid on the same day and have not been used on the same day, excluding "free lift tickets", will be refunded.

□Examples of ineligible for refund
　- Refund requests due to personal reasons (injury, poor health, etc.)
　- When even one gondola/lift is in operation
　- When a guest has ridden the gondola/lift even once.
　- Lift ticket attached to the accommodation plan
* We will check the history of ticket usage.
* Please note that any refund will not be applied in any case if you have ridden the gondola/lift.
